TASKS & OBJECTIVES
Develop the technology strategy, architecture, and critical investment plan; Perform architectural analysis and design for systems spanning our products; Collaborate with various business stakeholders and technology leaders to translate business/product requirements into technical solutions and system designs; Understand the organizational direction, goals, and industry competitive environment to determine how architecture can add value to the organization and to the business. Makes expert recommendations and decisions clearly linked to the organization’s strategy and financial goals; Maintain an organization-wide view of current and future business and application/platform architecture to provide solutions that integrate into the overall architectural vision and strategy. Provide leadership and expertise in the development of standards, architectural governance, design patterns, and practices.
Ensure that the technology architecture and technical strategies remain current with the business goals, and direct the development of architecture activities and projects while aligning with current and long-term business and technology goals; Promote best practices to support scalability, skills transfer, and organizational change management across the enterprise and architecture community.
Share and maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, technology trends, solution delivery, and software development best practices; Take active participation in establishing an OKR system for the Engineering department; Participate in grading, performance, and salary evaluation processes of tech team members; Support the next generation of leaders, provide guidance to direct reports in relation to people management processes.
Responsibilities
Program design and architecture development, product presentation to customers, existing architecture and code testing.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT specialty, at least 5 years of experience in the field of IT, excellent knowledge of English, in-depth knowledge of: MySQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, Clustering, Load-balancing.
